🔄 Project Cancellation

• You may cancel a project within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has been started.

• If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, the refund amount (if any) will be determined based on work completed and hours invested.

• In case of fixed-price projects, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the phase of delivery.

💸 Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once final designs, prototypes, or deliverables are submitted.

• For services delivered over a period (e.g., monthly plans), cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

• All payments for design consultations, strategy calls, or one-time deliverables are non-refundable once booked and scheduled.

📌 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases of:

• Duplicate payments

• Technical errors during payment

• Inability to initiate the project due to unforeseen circumstances from our end

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of payment.
