Here’s what happens after you confirm your plan

Your design journey with us begins like this -

Step 1: Place Your Order

  • Once you confirm your plan, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

Step 2: Join Google Chat

  • We’ll send you an invite to a dedicated Google Chat space.

  • This will be our main hub for conversations, updates, and design requests.

Step 3: Start a New Request

For every design need, simply start a new conversation in Google Chat.

  • Give it a clear title (e.g., “Landing Page Banner”, “EdTech Mobile App”, “User Flow for Signup”).

  • Add details, references, and any screenshots or files to explain your idea.

  • You can request a wide range of work, such as:

    • 🎨 Visual designs (UI screens, banners, social creatives)

    • 🧩 UX work (wireframes, user flows, prototypes)

    • 🔎 Research needs (competitive research, usability audits, quick AI-powered insights to guide design decisions)

    • 📊 Product assets (dashboards, icons, illustrations, images etc)

  • The more context you provide, the smoother and faster the delivery will be.

👉 Think of each request as opening a mini-project — the clearer your brief, the better and faster the results.

Step 4: Turnaround Time

  • Small requests → usually delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • Medium or large projects → we will decide & confirm the exact timeline upfront.

Step 5: Delivery & Collaboration

  • First, we’ll share design previews (PNG) in Google Chat or via Figma for quick feedback.

  • For editable designs, you’ll be invited to collaborate directly on Figma.

  • Inside Figma, you can:

    • Leave comments on specific parts of the design

    • Suggest changes

    • Chat with us right inside the design file

  • Final approved files will be delivered in PNG/PDF formats, while editable versions will remain accessible on Figma.

👉 This makes collaboration faster, clearer, and more interactive.

Step 6: Communication & Support
